By using Brisbane 10 (brisbane10.com), a free guide to Brisbane businesses, you agree to these terms.
General information only
Our lists help you find and compare businesses. They are not professional advice and don’t guarantee the quality or price of any service. Any arrangement you make is between you and the business.
How the lists are put together
Each list combines public information about a business, such as its star rating and review count, category, location, opening hours, phone and photos, with our editorial judgement. Ratings come from third parties and change over time.
Paid plans
Claiming a listing is free. Pro and Top are optional paid plans billed through Stripe, and the price, renewal and any trial are set out before you pay. Top gives a listed business a featured, labelled position; paying never puts a business on a list it wasn’t already on.
Business listings
Owners can correct details and add information from ‘For businesses’. We may check, edit or reverse changes that are inaccurate or break these terms.
Fair use
Don’t use the site unlawfully, copy its content in bulk, try to reach restricted areas, pretend to be someone else or submit false information.
Our content
Our wording, the choice and ranking of businesses in every list, the site design and the Brisbane 10 brand belong to us or are licensed to us. Short quotes with a link are welcome; republishing large parts needs our permission.
Liability and consumer law
We work to keep information accurate but can’t promise it is always complete or current, and we aren’t responsible for the goods or services of listed businesses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. We may update these terms; questions go to info@brisbane10.com.
